As the Mavs prepare for the start of the 2025 season, they have received recognition in two preseason polls. Mav Baseball came in at #10 in the initial Prep Baseball Indiana poll and they received the #12 most votes in the IHSBCA Coaches Poll. The Mavs will once again play a challenging schedule with seven games against opponents ranked in the 4A top 25, two ranked in the 3A top 10 and one in the 2A top 10. The Mavs will scrimmage Guerin Catholic on March 27th at Loeb Stadium while opening day is set for April 3rd when the Central Catholic Knights visit the Mav Baseball Complex.
