Congratulations to our American Family Adsit Agency Student-Athletes of the Week: Camille Gaddis & Nery Pacheco! Camille, a Junior on the Lady Mavs Cross-Country team, has had a blazing start to the season! Camille has finished first for the Mavs in each of their last 4 events; helping lead the Mavs to 2nd place finishes at the Clinton Prairie Invite & the Mav Stampede. Recently, Ms. Gaddis finished 6th in the City/County Championship at the Tippecanoe Amphitheater. Camille is a multi-sport athlete who also stars for the Lady Mavs Soccer team! Along with excelling in two sports in the same season, Camille carries a perfect 4.0 cumulative GPA! Way to get it done in the classroom, on the trail, and on the pitch Camille! Nery, a sophomore striker for the Boys Soccer team, has been a goal-scoring machine for the Mavericks! Mr. Pacheco has tallied 8 goals in just 6 games to help lead the Mavs to a 4-2 record. Nery scored two hat tricks (3 goals) last week in impressive wins over Logansport and North Central. Nery is also great at crushing goals in the classroom where the sophomore carries a strong 3.23 cumulative GPA! Great work in the classroom and on the pitch, Nery!
