Appointments will be scheduled online for the following dates: - Monday, April 15th (5:15 PM - 8 PM) | MHS Freshmen Center | RSVP by 4.8.24 - Saturday, May 11th (8 AM - Noon) | IU Arnett Hospital Entrance #5 | RSVP by 5.7.24 Cost for these Physicals is only $20 per athlete!
