Joint Statement: Harrison & McCutcheon High Schools FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: February 14, 2024 Harrison & McCutcheon High Schools are excited to accept an invitation to join the Sagamore Athletic Conference. Our conference membership will begin at the conclusion of the 2024-25 school year with the first competitive season beginning in the Fall of 2025. The Sagamore Conference has a rich history of high school athletics in this area, and across the State of Indiana. In joining with Danville, Lebanon, & Tri-West; Harrison & McCutcheon have the opportunity to help shape the future membership of the conference. Our shared vision is to design a conference that will provide a competitive balance for our athletic programs along with affording opportunities for student-athlete growth & development. In the months ahead, we look forward to bringing our students, coaches, and administrators together with the Sagamore schools to structure a conference that will provide all of our communities growth through education-based athletics.
