Calling all 3rd & 4th grade girls: We are once again going to offer our little Mav basketball program to 3rd and 4th grade girls this year. Our program will run from Wednesday January 10 – Wednesday February 21st, we will run our program every Wednesday night from 5:30 - 6:30. This program is strictly an instructional league, designed to teach the fundamentals and rules of basketball. Teams will be made up of 7-9 players, and will have practices and play games on Wednesday evenings. Teams will practice on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:30 PM for 30 minutes then play games right after, they practice all at McCutcheon. We will need parent volunteers to help coach teams with our McCutcheon staff available to help if needed. All forms will need to be returned to McCutcheon High School (4951 US Highway 231 South Lafayette, IN 47909, Coach Jeff Knoy) by Wednesday, January 3rd . We will start on Wednesday January 10 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Players just report to the McCutcheon gym on 1/10. There will be NO call to remind parents about the starting date. After two weeks of drills we will divide into teams and have scrimmages and games for the next 5 weeks. The cost to the league will be $50.00. Make checks payable to McCutcheon Lady Mavs Basketball.
