Congratulations to seniors, Aislyn Patel and David Fisher on earning recognition as the AmFam Adsit Agency Student-Athletes of the Week! Aislyn, a senior OF for the Softball team, has come through in the clutch for the Lady Mavs by scoring the winning run in extra innings versus Danville, and also hitting in the winning run in the bottom of the 9th in the Franklin Central Invite! The Coaching staff also lauds Ms. Patel's leadership both on and off the field! Aislyn is also a leader in the classroom, where the Senior carries a sterling 3.84 cumulative GPA! David, a senior golfer, has been an important part of the Maverick's growth this season. Mr. Fisher showcased nerves of steel on Senior Night when he striped his opening drive in the match vs Harrison, in front of a gallery of 50+ patrons! David is also clutch in the classroom, where the Senior plans to study Engineering at Rose-Hulman next Fall. David is graduating with a strong 3.26 cumulative GPA!
