2021/22 – Freshmen Athletic Orientation Information

The McCutcheon Athletic Department will host its annual Freshmen Athletic Orientation via Google Meet on Wednesday, March 17th at 5:45 PM or 7:00 PM for all parents of 2021-22 incoming freshmen athletes. Student-Athlete Physical Information – 2021

Physicals & Forms IHSAA Physical Per IHSAA policy every athlete must have a new physical on file dated after April 1st, 2021 to participate in summer conditioning/practices and in any sports season for the 20-21 school year. Every physical must be signed (not stamped) by a physician and must include the physician’s license number.
