What do I need to do once I earn a letter jacket?

• Pick up an Athletic Jacket-Patch Form and your athletic letter from the Athletic Office.  Then have either AD Ryan Walden or Asst AD Pete Osterman sign your completed form.  Then you will have to take your letter jacket form to The Athlete in Lafayette Square Mall

How do I get patches for my letter jacket?
